At Canyon Member Care, we walk with missionaries and cross-cultural workers wherever they are. We provide safe, third-party support—spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically—so they can thrive in their calling. This looks like Biblical counseling, coaching, mentoring, training, and resourcing to help sustain long-term health and effectiveness.
Safe
Confidentiality is at the core of what builds trust and allows us to go deep with missionaries to address, process and grow through the struggles of cross-cultural life and ministry.
We are third-party member care providers who work exclusively with you as individuals/couples/families.
Relational
Compelled by Christ’s love and equipped with the comfort and care we have received from Him to extend towards others, we focus on active listening, open ended questions and holding space for you to share your experiences, losses, struggles, joys and victories. It is an honor to sit with you and hear the stories you have to share.
Skilled
We have close to 10 years of on-field experience, extensive training and a heart to keep learning about how to help those we work with in new and deeper ways.
Ultimately we rely upon the Holy Spirit’s leading in how to listen, direct and care for you - we know if we share out of our own power that it won’t help you. We need His Spirit to direct and guide us together into healing and health!
